I have been involved in the IT arena since the start of my career, starting as a COBOL programmer, then moving to pre-sales technical support managing teams across Europe, becoming an IBM educator, before creating a small Managed Service Provider offering support services to local authority schools and business users.
I possess a broad experience in the IT field and enjoy the challenges IT can come up with. I have a sharp eye for detail, which I use to discover detail in contracts and costs to provide savings. I work well under pressure and can produce high-quality work in short periods of time. I have strong interpersonal skills and work with a wide variety of people.
I like to work with a team that runs on clear communication. I enjoy aligning myself with a company that I believe in and where I can create positive change. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects.
